Orders within the US will be shipped USPS first class mail which typically takes 3-4 days not including holidays/weekends. This is on top of our processing time of 2-4 business days.
Orders from outside the US will be mailed first class mail and will be marked as merchandise with the correct pricing.
Some countries require you to pay a duty tax, please be aware of your countries requirements, and know if you need to visit the Post Office to retrieve your parcel. We will not give a refund on your countries duties.
We will not be held accountable for items lost in the mail or provide a refund. We can provide a tracking number if requested upon original check-out.
All items shipped within California will be charged California sales tax.
Customer is responsible for providing accurate information including, e-mail, shipping address, and billing information
If an item is returned to us we will wait for address confirmation before shipping again. We also may require another shipping fee.
Exchanges will only be allowed for the same item in the same color choice but if you need a different size
only unworn, unwashed, no pet hair, and unaltered clothing may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your item. If any item does not meet these guidelines they will be denied an exchange and be sent back.
